Partner candidates are required to have the following knowledge and experience prior to entering the program. Testing may be required in order to verify the candidate's knowledge in the following areas:
Web 2.0 concepts (Widgets, web services)
Adobe Flex
Java 5 concepts
Distributed computing, multithreading, transaction management
Application Server skills
Relational database concepts and experience (Oracle, Sybase,
DB2, MSSQL and Informix)
Experience with distributed objects (EJBs)
LDAP servers, Java scripting and HTML coding
Process modeling and UML concepts
